Canon Netherlands and Tconsult have jointly developed the RTI-solution Scangaroo, a total mobile scan solution that enables logistic service providers to operate more efficiently and save costs. Canon was Tconsult’s first partner to deploy hardware, a mobile application and document management software as a front-to-back solution for the logistic sector.

The Canon imageFORMULA P-215II is a compact mobile scanner and works by USB. The P-215II provides fast scanning functionality for double-sided scanning with speeds up to 30 images per minute. The P-215II has an automatic document feeder for 20 sheets. Batch scanning can also processed quickly. The scanner weighs about 1 kilo and is ideal to take along or place in small spaced because of its compact size. The processing of different paper sizes, from A4 to documents with different sizes is extremely fast. The scanner has a card slot at the front so plastic cards and embossed cards can also be scanned.

The Canon P-215II can be used with the ATX on-board computer from Vehco, on the TomTom Pro 8 and as a standalone version.
